Who we are

What the site does

The site collects public rental listings from lalafo.kg and house.kg, removes duplicates and shows the price found in the listing text. The site does not rent out housing, is not a party to any deal and does not verify listings.

Prices and other details may be inaccurate: they are extracted by software, some prices with the help of artificial intelligence (such prices are marked). Always confirm with the person renting.

What data we process

Visitors. We do not store visitors' IP addresses. The visit counter records an anonymous label that changes every day, the device type, the site language and which website the visitor came from. Your browser stores a random label, your settings and your “contacted / good / skip” marks.

Registered users. Email and an encrypted password (or email and name from Google if you sign in with Google), your marks, reports about numbers and listings, and which numbers you revealed — to limit how many and protect owners from spam.

People renting out housing. The phone number and text from public listings. Numbers are shown only to registered users, on request and with a daily limit.

Telegram bot. Chat ID, language, subscriptions and which listings were already sent (to avoid repeats), and which numbers you revealed — to limit how many. Block the bot and messages stop; /stop deletes subscriptions.

Who receives data

Listing texts are sent to the Google Gemini service to determine prices. If you sign in with Google, Google receives sign-in information under its own rules. We do not share or sell data to anyone else.

Retention

Visit log — 180 days. Account data — while you use the account or until you ask us to delete it. Listings — while they exist on the source website.

Your rights

You can find out what data we hold about you, correct or delete it and object to its processing — contact us (the “Is this your number or listing?” form at the bottom of the main page).

If your number or listing is on the site and you don't want it here, send a request with the “Is this your number or listing?” form. We usually remove it within a day.

Terms of use

The site is provided “as is”. We are not responsible for listings, for the actions of people renting out housing, or for deals between users. Never pay for housing before viewing it.

Only report what actually happened. Do not use numbers from the site for mailings or advertising. We may remove reports or accounts for violations.

We do not use third-party analytics or advertising cookies.
